Returns and refunds

Contact us within 30 days of delivery if you would like to request a return. Items should be unused, in their original condition, and include the original packaging.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, email support@acecharm.net with your order number and clear photos. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is inspected. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
